  Sales manager was very congenial and helpful. Did not try to up-sell or push unnecessary products on us. Was very frank about which bed he thought I would like after hearing my specs. He even showed us the more expensive bed whilst telling me I'd hate it based on my specifications. I did hate it. I'm very excited to receive my new MLILY bed in a few days and use my fancy new pillow. Thank you for selling me a product quickly and knowledgeably and for not asking me stupid questions.

  Ok, I just moved to the area from Missouri and was in need of a new bed for my place. I went to one of the Mega-chain stores and was not impressed with the service, we took some information home and still decided not to go with them. After looking at Groupon, we saw a mattress from the Sleep Shop and it was on. We didn't get the Groupon, but something better! Jamie answered the phone and we had the best experience ever! He knows his stuff and he helped us pick out what we needed and not just make a sale. We bought our first AMERICAN made bed and will be buying the others from here in the future. Very much worth the drive! Thanks Jamie!
