  I am a recurring customer and I have furnished 4 houses with this furniture company I still have all furniture i recently purchased. I decided to buy more furniture, I looked around the store then decided to run my credit for financing. I was declined. I was so angry I started walking out and Alice who was helping me told Dorothy how upset I was and how I was storming out angry. She ran behind and told me to give her a few minutes. Alice came back checked on me and Dorothy came back and a told me to show Alice what i wanted and that I was approved. Dorothy knew I was a recurring customer and I have done business with this company several times before. She worked the deal and came through. They showed good team work and concern. Love the staff and the company, the furniture is a plus. Thanks Dorothy and Alice.
