  Their marketing scheme is very clever, they raise their prices to the original price and try and sell you broken furniture at the “RH member price.” Save yourself the time and hassle; just buy the item new for the member price online or at the actual store.

  I visit this outlet weekly and haven’t been disappointed. As previously stated, you must go when they are offering 30 to 40% off the entire stores to really get a good deal. I have purchased two tables, 5 chairs, and a sideboard for a fraction of the gallery price. If you don’t have patience or time to stop by regularly it may not be the place for you.
