  Have never been to Plato's Closet before but I was considering going to one soon. Google shows this is the closest one to my house. After reading the response from the owner to a negative review I will not be giving this store my business. The professional thing to do if you were upset about a customer's bad review would have been to ask them to contact you so that you can discuss the issue privately. I have never seen a business attempt to "expose" a customer for an online review. Actually you know what I just realized I have, and that business ended up on the news because of how poorly the entire situation was handled. Whether the customer was telling the truth or not, the way you handled the entire thing was extremely tacky.
