  Had this harassing caller today, his bad cell phone reception made it so I couldn't understand him so he writes a bad review when i told him he texted better than he talks, he acts like i need assholes (named #John Matlaga ) calling me and not talking. I have worked 37 years as a computer technician (these kids have no respect for their elders), I have lots of NICE customers, ones that realize Jim has an A+ rating at the BBB!! and we don't have to be nice to abrasive crackhead people texting me with their trak phone. He even said he couldn't hear in his post , so what do you do when you get a call and no one says anything but echos and garble. I figured it was another telemarketer from India calling on an out of state number. Besides we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting abusively. So you are not a customer and you are not always right..
