They told us that we "have to have it". The lady didn't explain to us in detail about our purchase and warranty so when we asked questions the next day they got defensive and told us they couldn't do anything about. They were nice at first then got rude the second we had questions on additional charges. Couch was $1,999 and turned into $3,200+
