  Normally I can get it and get what I need and be on my way. However, there is one younger African American lady that no matter what always has a scowl on her face, and clearly has no customer service skills. You say good morning she either ignores you or mutters something with her usual scowl. This morning I asked if someone could check if they had a particular drink in the back because there was only one and I normally get a few. She tells me no, because they already put food out yesterday. I asked "well, can someone just take a quick look because sometimes they don't put everything out" (given my experience before and other friendly employed have looked and found a case for me before when I ask) she immediately cuts me off and says "I told you. they already did it yesterday". I told her "I cant believe your attitude and how rude you are. " I said fine whatever and just dropped my basket and left. I'm a good personand I've never gotten so upset with someone to the point of saying something back. I've also worked in customer service since I was 13 on military bases as well as off them as well. She was just awful. I will not be going back to this location, and will be calling higher up to corporate or whoever else I need to. She shouldn't be working in customer service with such obvious disdain for what she does. Again, not a one time bad experience with this particular lady, just happens to be the worst experience and my last.
