  Went to pick up $700 worth of medicine that I get filled once per month. After 5-10 minutes of waiting to see if they even had my monthly medicine in stock, I was told that one of their pharmacist was set up to give flu shots so they only had one pharmacist to fill prescriptions...so it would take 45 minutes to fill my $700 order. I told them I would like the prescriptions back (to take them elseware) if they could not do it in 20 minutes or less like every other time I go there. They did so without any arguement or care in the world. They acted as though they could care less that $8,400 (annually) worth of prescriptions just walked out their door, never to return. This is a big problem with the medical industry...they act like we are not paying customers since they THINK insurance is paying for it. Some of us pay lots of our own cash for our prescriptions and medical care. If you want a caring, understanding, and appreciative pharmacy....THIS IS NOT THE ONE!!!! YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER TO THEM!

  I read a person's review about how butt hurt he was waiting 40 minutes for meds, if you can't wait 40 minutes for meds that are so important to you than don't go to Marcos pizza(wait time 30-60+min). CVS on the other hand have always been helpful and polite with any situation I have had.
