  Don’t shop here unless you want to deal with unprofessional, unknowledgeable workers. After installing a stereo it stopped working within 3 days. Instead of getting us in quickly, they wanted us to wait behind 7 other installs. It was their mistake and should have been addressed immediately. Worthless! I will not be back or refer anyone else there!

  They charge way too much for installation. There's a reason why this place only has 3.9 stars in the rating. Go somewhere else for better prices, go to Disla on seminary they do free installation when you buy there, best prices in town, friendly service and very quality and professional job. Forget this place go to Disla you won't regret it

  I have done a lot of upgrades to my vehicles at Car Toys just off Bryant Irving over the past 15 years and always loved Car Toys. Over the past 4 years I have been very dissatisfied with the store, but the store has been completely replaced and I had an alarm issue a few days ago that was taken care of beyond my expectations. The store has a bad name due to the old team but I assure you the new manager and new team will make sure the customer is happy. I dealt with Lane the assistant manager and he went above and beyond to take care of my wife’s alarm. 10 stars to the new team!!!!!!

  Wonderful experience with Anthony and Nan. The item we'd purchased didn't work correctly, and they worked with us to install a different brand that works like a charm! Great customer service during a frustrating experience. Top notch!
