  I am so disappointed in the customer service/care in this store. I have spent close to $8000 in this store this year on grills for my house and another client's home. I have been trying to get an item refunded or store credit and have been given such a run around. I was told they no longer carry it and I would have to go through the manufacturer which I tried to do. I was told that the store just placed another order from them and wasn't sure why they were giving me incorrect information. So I call the store back, get Jeremy on the phone who is the store manager. He tells me he will call me back by 2pm once he knows what they can do. At 2:30 I call the store back, Jeremy has left for vacation. Needless to say, this store has good stuff, but I can get the same stuff elsewhere and not be lied to given the run around.
